The “Quality Charter” is proof of our commitment

to a free mediation service hosted by two
independent consumer-protection associations:

(Association Force Ouvrière Consommateurs)
and
Club Consomm’action in Sucy-en-Brie
(affiliated with the l’Union Féminine Civique et Sociale – U.F.C.S.).
